Who writes the articles
The articles are written by Quality Clinic’s team of consultants, who since 1999 have worked only with aesthetic medicine, dental and plastic surgery clinics and beauty centers.
Each article belongs to one of our four service lines: Opening, Growth, Marketing and Licensing.
New articles are signed by the team of their service line and by the department head who reviewed them before publication:
- Director of consulting and projects.
- Director of operations.
- Director of marketing and communications.
- Director of chains and expansion.
- Director of training.
- Director of finance.
Behind every text is the experience of 1,017 clinics advised and more than 1,050 projects across Spain.
How we choose each topic
We start from the questions asked by people about to open a clinic and by those who already run one.
We analyze what people search for on Google about licenses, openings, profitability, expansion and patient acquisition, and we choose the questions we can answer with a method and with verifiable data.
We assign each question to the service line that solves it, and the article links to that service for readers who want to apply it to their own project.
How we use artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence tools to research each question and to prepare the first draft of the article.
Artificial intelligence helps us gather the regulations in force, review what has already been published on each question and organize the information into a first text.
A member of our team then reviews the entire article: they check every fact against its source, adjust the approach to what we see in our projects and take responsibility for what the text states.
How we check every fact
Every fact in an article has a source you can consult yourself.
- Regulations: Spain’s Official State Gazette (Boletín Oficial del Estado), the official gazette of each region (comunidad autónoma) and the regional health departments. When a requirement differs from one region to another, the article says so.
- Sector data: public statistics, such as those of the Spanish National Statistics Institute (Instituto Nacional de Estadística) or the Ministry of Health’s registry of healthcare centers.
- Quality Clinic data: aggregate figures from our projects. Information about each clinic we advise is confidential.
- Worked examples: their assumptions are shown, so you can repeat them with your own clinic’s figures.
At the end of each article, the “Sources” section links to the official documents cited, with the date we consulted them.
The articles explain the regulation and the method in general terms. How they apply to a specific project is analyzed in the initial meeting, with your clinic’s data.
Dates and updates
New articles show their publication date and, when we update them, the date of their last review.
We review an article when a regulation it cites changes, when a source publishes new data or when a reader tells us about an outdated fact.
How to request a correction
If you find an outdated or incorrect fact, write to us at informacion@qualityclinic.es with the link to the article.
The department head who signed the review checks the report against the official source and, where appropriate, corrects the text and updates its review date.
