2 What data we process
Only the data you give us through the forms, by email or by phone: name, phone number, email address, city of the clinic, the status of your project and any description you wish to add.
If you ask for your clinic to be listed in the clinic guide, also the name, city, type and website of your clinic, the contact person and, if you tick the box, your interest in validation. The forms do not ask for health data.
3 What we use it for and on what legal basis
- Answering your inquiry: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and legitimate interest (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
- Managing your clinic’s listing in the guide: your consent and pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Sending you commercial information, only if you authorize it: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
4 Clinic and doctor guide
The guide publishes a profile of each clinic (name, address, contact details, website, description, services and photos) and of its doctors (name, medical association registration number, specialty, clinic and, if the clinic provided one, a photo). It contains no health data and no patient data.
The data was provided by the clinic itself for publication (consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR) and is kept for as long as the clinic remains in the guide. The clinic or the doctor can ask us at any time to correct or remove it.
5 How long we keep it
For as long as our relationship with you lasts and, afterwards, for the limitation periods set by law. Data used for commercial information is kept until you withdraw your consent.
6 Who it is disclosed to
Only to public authorities when the law requires it. The providers that supply services to us access it under a contract and following our instructions; if any of them processes it outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
7 Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to informacion@qualityclinic.es or to the controller’s registered address.
